Ho…Ho…Ho…Here come the holidays! This year, the merriest season brings extra anticipation and excitement for Lovely Day because it will be the first holiday season in our new studio. The spacious layout of our new digs has allowed us to assemble the biggest backdrop and prop set we’ve ever had and we took advantage – we went big and bold…with lots of RED.
Due to popular requests, we are offering our holiday mini sessions even earlier this year for clients who want to get ahead of the holiday craze and get a jump on ordering holiday cards. Read on for all the coveted details and a link to reserve your session – we sell out each year!
What: Our Holiday Minis are 20-minute sessions in our studio for up to 5 people (with the option to add up to an additional two people with a session upgrade). Each session comes with access to a personal online portrait gallery where you can view, select, and order your images. Additionally, we will send all holiday mini session clients a link to our card catalog to peruse holiday card designs and options.

Where: Our Festive Workshop (Lovely Day Photo’s studio) – 528 Richmond Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222.
Pricing: Each session is $100 – a discount of $25. We know costs are rising and we hope this helps in a small way and serves as a thank you for being an LDP client. Due to high demand, the session fee must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking. The fee includes a digital social media card with one of LDP’s exclusive design templates – perfect for a cover photo and spreading cheer to your friends and family on social media. The image and choice of templates will be selected post-session. Digital files, mailable paper cards, prints, frames portraits, and ornaments are not included in the session fee price. A tradition that started during COVID will continue on… we’ll be hand delivering all paper card orders and you’ll have the option to grab envelopes at your session time to get a jump start on your holiday mailings.
Backgrounds: We are offering two new backgrounds this year! The first new background features a vintage radio flyer wagon and a snowy landscape. The second background is festive and formal boasting a red and white colorscape and props. Of course, we’ll have some old favorites, too (like Woody the Wagon, shown above)!
