Our promise: client satisfaction. We promise you will have an abundance of favorite images for the purchases you wish to make or we will gladly take more images to achieve your goals. Also, when you receive your finished order, if you find anything that is not as you expected, please let us know within three business days and we will resolve the problem.
As the first step in our process, we require a pre-session consultation in order to curate a customized plan for your session's style, colors, and goals.
We laugh, we smile, we have fun, we take pictures! This is when the magic happens!
While we capture many images during your session, you will only see the best ones. Selected images will be soft-proofed to ensure an efficient turnaround.
This is everyone's favorite part of the portrait process. We plan a visit to the studio to view your final, edited portraits for the first time. During this appointment, we will discuss options for prints and art pieces for your home (gift prints, wall enlargements, albums, products and/or digital portrait files). We offer options to purchase items a-la-carte or combine any signature product and portrait files to create your own custom package.
Your portraits are investments and heirlooms that should not be rushed. Products will be ready for pick-up approximately 2-6 weeks after your ordering appointment. Premium quality takes time but it is certainly worth it!
All creative fees cover pre-session planning, photographer’s time, creative edits, in-studio viewing and ordering appointments, as well as complimentary home design services. Creative fees are due at the time of booking. Prints, digital files, and products are not included and can be purchased a-la-carte or in a package at your viewing appointment.
